Danielle G. Pimentel, J.D.
Policy Counsel
Danielle G. Pimentel serves as Policy Counsel at Americans United for Life.
Danielle is admitted to the bar in Virginia and Washington, D.C., as well as the Supreme Court of Virginia, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Court for Eastern Virginia, and the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Danielle earned her B.S. in economics from the University of Mary Washington and earned her J.D. from Regent University School of Law. During law school, Danielle served as a senior editor for Law Review and as legal research and writing director for the Moot Court Board.
Prior to working for Americans United for Life, Danielle served as a state prosecutor and advocated for juvenile victims of crimes. Danielle also has experience in private civil litigation and has represented employees facing various forms of discrimination.
In her free time, Danielle enjoys traveling with her husband, and spending time with her family and their dog, Millie.
