Americans United for Life is pleased to announce that the Indiana Legislature has passed S340, which is based on our recently updated Abortion Reporting Act. AUL has worked for months with our allies in the Hoosier state to pass this important legislation that strengthens the reporting requirements for abortion-related complications. In order to protect the health and lives of women, complete and reliable data on abortion must be available to women, the medical community, and the general public. The passage of S340 furthers this goal, and AUL urges Governor Holcomb to sign this legislation without delay.
