Sarah Zagorski is a nationally recognized author, media strategist, and public speaker whose compelling personal story and professional achievements have established her as a prominent voice for the human right to life and an advocate for the protection of women. A survivor of a late-term abortion attempt and a former foster child, Sarah’s testimony has been featured by Fox News, Focus on the Family, National Review, EWTN, and numerous other media outlets.
Sarah’s expertise lies in the strategic communication of abortion jurisprudence. With a nuanced understanding of the legal, ethical, and socio-political dimensions of abortion, she leverages both written and spoken platforms to critically examine and challenge the coercive dynamics of the abortion industry.
In 2022, Sarah published her story through Moody Publishers, weaving together memoir and scholarly analysis to investigate the complex factors that influence abortion decisions. Her lifelong fidelity to the right to life has been a defining element of her professional journey, most notably during her tenure as Communications Director at Louisiana Right to Life, a state affiliate of the National Right to Life Committee.
In that role, she led media efforts during landmark events such as June Medical Services v. Russo (2020), the Louisiana Love Life Constitutional Amendment campaign (2020), and Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization (2022). Sarah frequently testifies before members of Congress and in state legislatures on born alive infant protections and unveils the consequences of a culture misled by the guise of “choice.”
Sarah also spearheaded the development of a high school adoption education program in Louisiana, equipping students with life-affirming alternatives to abortion. She was instrumental in the passage of numerous pro-life laws, including the Reaffirmation of Human Life Protection Act (2022), Abortion by Fraud Act (2024), Adoption Awareness Act (2024), and Stop Coerced Abortion Act (2025). Beyond Louisiana, she has held leadership positions with Colorado Family Action, a policy partner of Focus on the Family, and Colorado Citizens for Life.
Sarah’s work has been featured in or cited by The New York Times, CNN, Politico, The Wall Street Journal, Time Magazine, The Daily Wire, The Washington Post, and The Washington Examiner. She holds a B.A. in Communications from Chicago’s Moody Bible Institute and is professionally represented by the Ambassador Speakers Bureau and Wolgemuth & Associates.
