Over the span of a decade, the state of Missouri went from have multiple abortion businesses—each performing tens of thousands of abortions every year—to having only one abortion business licensed in the state and fewer than 50 abortions performed last year.
Achievements like this don’t happen by chance. In Missouri’s case, these pro-life achievement was forged by advocates and lawmakers committed to a holistic understanding of the human person and human rights.
Mike Kehoe, Missouri Lieutenant Governor, is one of those leaders who participated in his state’s pro-life revolution first-hand. The Midwest March for Life takes place annually and this year celebrated Missouri becoming the first state in the union where abortions do not regularly take place.
