Presented in this publication of the AUL Studies in Law and Medicine series are the legal analyses of the Hatch-Eagleton proposed constitutional amendment on abortion, which were prepared at the request of the Senate Constitution Subcommittee by AUL lawyers Horan, Rosenblum, Wardle, and Valentine.
