WASHINGTON, DC – Bryan Slater has joined Americans United for Life as Vice President of Operations. Mr. Slater will be overseeing all administrative, operational and financial functions which includes personnel and development.

Before joining AUL, Mr. Slater served at the Department of Labor as the White House Liaison and Director of Intergovernmental Affairs at the Small Business Administration. Previously, he served for three years as the Secretary of Administration in the Cabinet of former Governor of Virginia Jim Gilmore. There, he managed 14 state agencies for a combined budget of over $500 million. Prior to that, he managed two of Governor Gilmore's campaigns -- for the gubernatorial race and Gilmore's prior Attorney General campaign. He also was the Political Director at the RNC and the Executive Director of the Georgia Republican Party.
He is a graduate of Ferrum College and of the University of Richmond where he majored in Political Science.
