S 350— Abortion Non-Discrimination Act of 2007, sponsored by Senator David Vitter (R-LA). A bill that prohibits certain abortion-related discrimination in government activities. It amends the Public Health Service Act to ensure that the federal or any state government will not discriminate against a health care entity's refusal to provide coverage of induced abortions.
